Hi, I'm Jess

I’ve worked in fitness since 2009, always with the goal of making movement feel approachable and sustainable.

 

My path has been a bit of a zigzag but always based in movement. I started in dance. Then found my way into personal training and yoga. I built a lovely online class community and continue to mentor new teachers and trainers. Along the way I earned a master’s degree in applied exercise physiology and picked up quite a few certifications (peek them here).

 

But pregnancy was a true turning point for me, personally and professionally. 

Like many new
moms, I found all
the changes wild.
The late-night
googling relentless.
And had plenty of
WTF moments.

That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for kind of physical and emotional support women need during this time. And studying perinatal exercise made me realize how much I love working with this community. 

 

After a long career working with a huge range of clientele, I felt pulled to focus in on pre & postnatal work. 

 

Now I exclusively help women prepare for, and recover from this moment. And connect to their strength as they take on motherhood. I offer training that’s intelligent, adaptable, and grounding, so you feel confident and resilient in every stage.
